Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
By creating an event or joining one through SHEREHE you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to host an event.
2. Hosting an event
- You are the data controller for the guest list, RSVPs and photos collected at your event.
- You must have the right to invite the people you invite and to collect their RSVPs.
- You set the gallery reveal time and may moderate or delete inappropriate uploads.
3. Guest conduct
Guests must not upload illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful or copyrighted content they don't have rights to. Reported uploads may be removed and accounts may be suspended.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed per event based on the guest tier chosen. Pricing is one-time and shown on the pricing page. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant SHEREHE a limited license to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service for your event.
7. Service availability
We work to keep SHEREHE available and reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Communications
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive event-related communications from SHEREHE. This includes:
- SMS / text messages — sent via Twilio for event invitations, RSVP reminders, and gallery reveal notifications. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier.
- Email — sent via Resend for account verification, event confirmations, invitation links, gallery updates, and transactional notices.
- Phone calls — we do not make marketing calls. Calls, if any, are limited to event-related notifications or support responses you have requested.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You can manage email preferences in your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of essential transactional emails (e.g., security alerts, payment confirmations) is not possible without deleting your account.
No mobile information will be shared with third party/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
